Take in the stunning Hudson River views aboard a sailboat. The captain pulls anchors away from either Rhinecliff or Kingston. Longer charters generally sail 2.5 to 3 hours and then stop somewhere and sail back.  They’ll usually go to to the Saugerties Lighthouse and Saugerties Steamboat Co. for drinks if everyone’s on board.

Book a 29 ft. charter for up to six people, or a 44 ft. charter for up to 12 people.

Schedule: All charters are weather dependent and private and can be booked from two to eight hours.

Tip: Don’t forget to eat at Ole Savannah in Kingston either before or after your charter. They’re a southern BBQ rib joint that has the best vegetarian, seafood, gluten-free, and vegan meals on the Roundout (the waterfront area).
