Our complimentary Breakfast Bar includes market granola, milk, juice, and whole fruits and is available at Three Peaks Lodge. Pair it with fresh coffee and herbal teas and enjoy the morning sunrise.
Collective Explorer’s Lunch
Our leveled-up bagged lunch can be enjoyed in a variety of settings. Head out hiking on one of our local trails, look out to the horizon on our patio, or relax on your porch tent-side. Lunch is available for pickup between 12 pm – 2 pm and can be reserved via a Collective team member. We recommend 24-hours notice to ensure availability.

Texas BBQ Experience
Dinner from the grill makes a lot of sense in a state this famous for its BBQ. Our curated baskets include all the ingredients needed for a locally sourced, delicious cookout.
Collective S’mores and Bonfire
End the day with one more ritual, s’mores roasted to your liking over the fire. As the cityscape transforms into a cascade of lights, we invite you to visit our Collective Gourmet S’mores Pantry. Customize your own delicious creation and enjoy it around our campfires.
Collective Craft Cocktails
Guests are invited to visit the bar at Three Peaks Lodge serving an array of local beers, Hill Country wines, and custom barrel and craft cocktails. Pair your beverage with a changing selection of pre-dinner snacks.
We know kids love the Retreat, and the food is no exception! We have a whole menu of kid friendly selections on hand that still deliver the quality of our farm to ranch philosophy.

For lunch and dinner, we have a variety of options for purchase. For lunch, we sell to-go picnic offerings. In the evenings, you can choose to book our nightly Chef’s Tasting dinner, which is served under the stars and features a multi-course menu of seasonal local dishes. Each retreat also offers other options.
At the end of the night, we invite you to our Campfire and the complimentary gourmet S’more cart.
Yes. We request that all lunch and dinner reservations are made at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Our team is happy to help you make your choices and confirm your reservations—please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
We can accommodate most dietary restrictions, including vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free diets, however, we are not a kosher establishment.
Please let us know in your reservation request of any dietary restrictions so our chefs can prepare to accommodate and deliver you an exceptional dining experience. Without advanced notice, substitutions may not be available at the time of your reservation.
Yes, upon request we have children’s dining options available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
No outside food, beverage, alcohol, or cooking of any kind is allowed anywhere on the retreat due to health and safety guidelines. We ask that guests do not have an open flame outside of the wood-burning heater that is provided in the tents.
