CELEBRATING THE SETTING

Dining at Collective

Honoring our island locale, our chefs curate each menu with the cultural context of New York in mind.  Seasonally focused menus, highlighting family farms and local purveyors, are injected with global influences.  Add-in our wood-fire grill and this is the most inspired outdoor dining destination in The City.  An 8-minute ferry ride from downtown, open daily at 3p (plus Sunday brunch) for overnight and day guests.

All Day Dining

Our a la carte menu features contemporary seafood dishes grilled over a wood flame. Inspired by our natural harbor setting, the farm-to-island cuisine is perfect for al fresco dining.

Chef’s Tasting Menu

Diners are treated to personal interactions with our chef and sommelier, in a spectacular setting framed by the glittering lower Manhattan backdrop.

Collective S’mores and Bonfire

End the day with one more ritual, s’mores roasted to your liking over the fire. As the cityscape transforms into a cascade of lights, we invite you to visit our Collective Gourmet S’mores Pantry.
