Victor comes to us with a deep and exciting background in hotel development, transitions, and operations. Victor was a GM for Intercontinental, worked on Operations and Brand for IHG, and spent 8 years in various Development, Feasibility, Asset Management, and Transitions roles for Shangri-La, Starwood / Marriott, and Choice, before most recently heading operations at Sagra. Victor comes to us with a very strong background in Ops, Management Deals, and Transitions.

Victor has 2 daughters, both in university now; he has been a runner (short term sprinter) for the past 18 years, and he and his wife practice yoga and enjoy long walks together.
