Nicki’s interest in the Hospitality Industry has grown from her past experiences traveling and living abroad. Nicki joined the Collective Retreat’s team while earning her Master’s Degree in Hospitality Management from New York University. Prior to joining Collective, Nicki has worked in a variety of Guest Service & Food and Beverage outlets in New York City. In her spare time she enjoys staying active, exploring New York, and spending time with her cat. Nicki hopes to provide Collective Retreat’s guests with the level of comfort and excellent service that she has received during her years of travel.

 

TRAVEL RITUAL:

My favorite travel ritual is to collect ticket stubs, brochures, maps of the destination, and other paraphernalia to help me remember every detail of my trip. I love looking back on everything later and enjoying the flashbacks of where I’ve been and what I did.
