Collective Yoga & Pilates Fusion

This 60 minute fusion class is designed to get your heart rate up, stretch and strengthen muscles, center your mind and boost your mood. This is an all levels beginner friendly environment. Wear comfy clothes. All equipment will be provided including yoga mat, straps, and yoga blocks. The session will be accompanied by a green juice booster shot created by our Chef.
