Terra G.

Business Operation Manager

Born and raised in Northern California, Terra fell in love with the beach and nature at an early age and knew she was meant for a life of exploration and travel. While still a newbie to Colorado, she and her dog, Ellie, love being close to the mountains, parks, and lakes. While Terra has a degree in HR and has spent a part of her career running HR and Recruiting for start-ups, she finds that her true passion is partnering with executives and employees at all levels of a company, making her role of Executive Assistant at Collective Retreats fit right into her sweet spot. Terra is excited to be part of a company where she’ll be working hand-in-hand with innovators that believe in the power of connecting people in enriching spaces, environments, and community and the lasting memories it creates. She’s a strong believer that experiences are a gift never forgotten.

Travel Ritual

No matter the itinerary, Terra makes sure to spend time exploring and doing something active, like ziplining or rainforest exploration, and following it with some R&R (preferably on a beach) and getting pampered.
