Stephanie Field

Events Coordinator

A Rhode Island native, Stephanie ventured out to Colorado to complete her undergrad at CU Boulder with a major in operations management. During her time at CU, she began working for a wedding venue where she instantly fell in love with events. She loves to hear people’s stories, create genuine relationships, and be able to deliver a dream event. While she misses the ocean and takes every chance to visit, the mountains of Colorado cater to her love for hiking and skiing. At Collective Retreats, her passion for the outdoors, events, and travel gets combined all into one, making it her ultimate dream job.

Travel Ritual:

Every new place I go, I try to make sure I grab an ice cream cone from a local shop or eat a local ice cream flavor. This way, I get to satisfy my never-ending craving for ice cream. Plus, I get to go out and explore the town I’m in.

Favorite Collective Retreats Spot:

Sitting at Three Peaks Lodge at Collective Yellowstone and watching the sunset over Lone Peak. It creates the most beautiful alpenglow and is a great end to a lovely day.
