Originally from Massachusetts, Ryan has spent most of his life in Colorado. He has cooked for many prestigious restaurants all across the state and is a leader in the culinary arts scene for new techniques and trends, without losing his traditional upbringing. He loves to combine classic flavors with modern cuisine. Ryan moved from the Front Range to the Vail Valley to cook among some of the best chefs in the state. When not in the kitchen trying new recipes, you can find Ryan either on the golf course or rafting the best rivers in Colorado.
