Since moving to the States, Rizza‘s hospitality experience began while she was finishing school for accounting. She started at the front office which gave her the exposure she needed to understand and love the industry more. Especially moving from a different country, interactions with people really helped her to adjust and adapt. Since then, she has done accounting for branded hotels, boutique hotels, and startup companies. Working with numbers is still one of her biggest passions.

With every trip, Rizza tries to understand the location more through their food. Whether it be through a local restaurant or a specific food the area is known for.
