Molly Bever

Assistant General Manager, Collective Vail

Molly grew up in Colorado and has always felt most at home in the mountains. She has two dogs, an Australian Shepard and Red Heeler, and she loves to spend her free time hiking and exploring new places. Having attended Johnson and Wales University with a degree in Events and Entertainment Management, Molly got a job as a wrangler at 4 Eagle Ranch out of college. During her time at the Ranch, she fell even more in love with Vail Valley and realized her love of working outside, meeting new people, and desired a career where she could share her love of the mountains. As Molly continued into the service industry, she worked as a luxury wedding planner for Ever So Chic Events where she got a taste for high-end service and innovative design, after which she joined Collective Retreats in May of 2018. Since then, it has been the perfect marriage of her two passions: luxury and the outdoors.

Favorite Retreat Spot:

Animal I Most Identify With:

Horse

Travel Ritual:

I like to spend at least one day with no set plans. Being spontaneous is what leads me to discovering the best hidden gems in each place and unlocking the local beauty.
