Mary Scott

Assistant General Manager, Collective Vail and Collective Hill Country

A Florida native, Mary left the beach for the mountains. Being the outgoing person she is, she learned at a young age that life is meant to be fun. Mary decided to pursue a career in hospitality because she loves creating unique experiences for guests. After working for The Ritz Carlton and Westin hotels, Mary was drawn to Collective Retreats because of her love for the outdoors. At Collective Vail, Mary helps guests experience travel in a beautiful setting. When Mary’s not at Collective Vail, you can usually find her testing out new restaurants in Vail with her boyfriend or planning her next trip. Wine, chocolate, and a good laugh are just a few of her favorite things.
