Laura has been passionate about food for her whole life. This passion translated in to an exciting career in the culinary field with experiences in multiple fine dining and casual restaurants. Most recently, she served as an Executive Sous Chef with the Wolfgang Puck fine dining group in Las Vegas. She has create culinary experiences for high end clientele and celebrities as well as developing an expertise in private events and catering. Growing up, Laura spent summers on Gulf Coast and the lakes in Minnesota and the Ozarks making this an absolute dream job that combines her love for nature and food. Collective Retreats is the perfect place for Laura to showcase her differently culinary skills and bring joy to guests though culinary experiences in incredible outdoor settings.
