Kevin Schweiss

Operations Coordinator

Born and raised in Wisconsin, Kevin is no stranger to a life outdoors. Growing up with plenty of hiking, swimming, fishing, and lots of disc golfing, Kevin fits right in with the Operations team at Collective Retreats. After attending University of Wisconsin – Whitewater, Kevin moved to Orlando to work at Walt Disney World in a variety of park operations roles. It was at Disney where he developed his passion for guest service and hospitality. Kevin is excited to bring his strong background of continuous improvement for the guest experience to Collective Retreats. He can’t wait to see what the future holds for this growing team.

Travel Ritual:

In my travels, I've always found my favorite spots while getting lost. Whether it was in a huge city or in the middle of nowhere, I love wandering aimlessly around a new place and exploring.

Favorite Collective Retreats Spot:

Sitting around the campfire with guests after a busy day. Growing up, having a bonfire with friends was my go-to weekend activity, so no matter where I am, sitting around a fire makes me feel right at home.
