A lifelong hospitality executive, with over 30 years of industry experience, Josh grew up camping with his family (and wild horses) in the dunes of Assateague Island in Maryland. He has served as the President & CEO of Associated Luxury Hotels, Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing/Revenue Officer of Wyndham Hotels Group, President & CEO of Audience Rewards, Vice President of Hotel Marketing and Vice President of Customer Loyalty and CRM for Starwood, and Director of Product Innovation for Hyatt Hotels Corporation. Josh has a passion for building innovative customer experiences, services, and loyalty programs, including the development of Starwood Preferred Guest, Wyndham Rewards, and Hyatt Gold Passport. While at Hyatt, Josh also designed the industry’s first desk lamp with a built-in outlet for business travelers. He is a graduate of Cornell Hotel School.
