Josh Lesnick is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Collective Retreats. Prior to joining Collective Retreats, he served as the President & CEO of Associated Luxury Hotels, Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Wyndham Hotels Group, President & CEO of Audience Rewards-A Marketing Alliance of Broadway’s Theatre Owners, Vice President of Hotel Marketing and Customer Loyalty for Starwood Hotels and Resorts, and Director of Product Development for Hyatt Hotels Corporation. With a passion for customer experience and loyalty, Josh has led the development of multiple industry leading loyalty programs, including SPG, Wyndham Rewards, and Hyatt Gold Passport. He currently serves on the board of directors for Audience Rewards. Earlier in his career, he was named a top 40 under 40 Marketer of the Next Generation by Fortune Magazine. He is a graduate of the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University.
