Jason discovered his love for hospitality at a young age working in his first restaurant at age 15. While he grew up outside of Chicago, his big city aspirations took him to New York City where he attended NYU’s Tisch Center for Hospitality & Tourism. Since then, Jason has worked with some of the leading Hospitality Organizations including: Lettuce Entertain You, BR Guest, The Ritz-Carlton hotel brand, and Morgans Hotel Group. Most recently Jason was the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage at the Lotte New York Palace Hotel. Jason also has a love for teaching hospitality and has worked as an Adjunct Professor at NYU Hospitality School since 2014.
