Jaime Heath

Assistant General Manager, Collective Hudson Valley

A native to Upstate New York, Jaime grew up in the Catskill Mountains where she spent most of her time with her family hiking along local waterfalls, traveling, swimming and enhancing her love for art. While working towards a degree in Visual Arts, Jaime found a long-term position working for a niche market for private student housing. In that role she truly discovered her love of building lasting relationships and connecting with people. Most days you can find Jaime drawing, painting or meditating under the open sky. Upon returning to the Catskills, Jaime joined Collective Retreats and now makes it her mission to enhance guest experiences through sharing her love of nature, art and travel.

Animal I Most Identify With:

Favorite Collective Retreats Spot:

In front of Three Peaks Lodge watching the sunset over the mountains with guests and fellow team members.

Travel Ritual:

Connecting with fellow travelers or natives and creating lifelong bonds with people who began as strangers.
