Born and raised on the island of Trinidad & Tobago, Ezra was immersed in a vibrant cuisine and culture. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, Ezra’s cooking portfolio includes Augusta National Golf Club, Tom Colicchio’s Craft Steakhouse, and Executive Chef for the culinary operations at The Freehand Hotel New York. Besides overseeing restaurants, Ezra’s background includes chef duties for the company that oversaw the personal catering for acclaimed touring musicians including Drake, Alicia Keys, Mary J Blige, Kelly Clarkson, Maroon5, and Swedish House Mafia.
