Eva Hernandez

Managing Director, Collective Hill Country, Collective Vail and Collective Yellowstone

At a young age, Eva knew she wanted to travel and experience different cultures. Growing up in a small-town farming community, that dream did not seem likely. When she was presented with the opportunity to live with an older sister in Hawaii, Eva packed her bags and made her way to the Aloha state. It was then that she decided to pursue a career that would speak to her passion. Since pursuing undergrad and graduate degrees from New Mexico State University, Eva has spent over two decades in the hospitality industry working for companies such as Marriott and Hilton. Eva was looking for a new and meaningful way to apply her love for travel and service, and Collective Retreats answered that call.

Favorite Collective Retreats Spot:

Travel Ritual:

Talking to locals about the history of their communities and eating at restaurants that are local favorites.
