ELIZABETH KADERLI
Senior Reservations Coordinator
Raised in the Texas Hill Country, Elizabeth left the Lone Start State to study at Clemson University (Go Tigers!) followed by a master’s degree at Johns Hopkins University. Despite starting her career as a print journalist in Washington, DC, a fortuitous sales opportunity ignited her love of working with people. It was this decade-long sales career that ultimately led her to the hospitality industry. Initially, Elizabeth worked in property management where she marketed and managed luxury residential buildings in the Washington, DC and New York City metro areas. However, after 16 years on the East Coast and extensive travel throughout the US and abroad, her love of nature and adventure pulled Elizabeth west to Denver, Colorado. It was here that she nurtured her passion for the outdoors and, after a couple years planning travel experiences with Vail Resorts, she made the leap to Collective Retreats in 2019. After a wonderful chapter in Colorado, she came full circle and moved back to the Texas Hill Country where she currently lives with her husband and their fur/feather children on a small farm outside of Austin. When she isn’t planning memorable trips for Collective guests, she is probably researching her next travel destination- or sitting on her screen porch, enjoying the nature in her own backyard.
FAVORITE TRAVEL RITUAL
I always visit local grocery stores and farmer’s markets on vacation so I can try popular regional snacks and fresh local produce. European M&Ms are so much better than what we have in the States so I always load up before I come home!
