A former private equity investor with Catterton Partners and management consultant with Bain & Company, Cristina took her strategy and operations skills to Tough Mudder, where she served as an early executive during the company’s rapid growth to over 60 events in six countries. She went on to run business development there, leading the creation and launch of Mudderella as the brand’s CEO. Cristina later ran operations at Manicube, an on-demand beauty start-up aquired by Red Door Spa, before joining Peter as co-founder, chief financial officer, and chief strategy officer at Collective Retreats.
