Becky W.

Reservations & Concierge Associate

While Becky has visited many overseas destinations, she also loves traveling within the United States. She has visited all 50 states and frequently camps with Sisters on the Fly, the largest women’s adventure group. With Sisters on the Fly, Becky camps in a vintage trailer, goes fly fishing, and spends time with friends around the campfire. She is happiest when heading down the highway on her next adventure. After many years with Magnolia Hotels, Becky became a Certified International Tour Manager. She spent summers showing people the land of the midnight sun – Alaska’s Interior. For many of her guests, Alaska was a once in a lifetime trip and she helped them make the most of it, whether booking a flight around the summit of Denali, a whale watching trip to Kenai Fjords National Park, or a visit to a local dog mushing family to learn about running the Iditarod. These same skills are being put to use helping the guests at Collective Retreats plan the trip of a lifetime.

Travel Ritual:

I prefer not to stay in ordinary hotels. I spend lots of time looking for unusual places to sleep—like a restored barn, a grain bin, a sharecroppers shack, a tree house, a train car, a houseboat, a one-room schoolhouse. My new favorite—a luxury canvas tent!
