Alex is a graduate of the Arts Institute of California, Costa Mesa. He has spent the past seven years as a chef instructor at the Orange County school of the Arts in Santa Ana, California. Along with his teaching duties he oversaw operations for the events and catering department providing fresh local California cuisine to the Newport beach,Huntington beach, and Laguna coasts as well as directing food operations at the historic Walt Disney’s home in Los Feliz, CA.
