How much does an Outlook Shelter cost & what is included? 

Standard rates range between $600 – $1,300/night for two guests. The following is included in your stay:

  • In-room coffee, tea, refreshments, wellness snacks, fresh drinking water and ice
  • King-size bed
  • 1,500 thread-count linens, down duvet, Pendleton blankets
  • Central heat and AC- fully climate-controlled
  • Electricity and ample sockets for gadgets
  • Private deck with seating chairs and excellent views available
  • Private, custom-designed en-suite bathroom with full-flush toilets, soaking tub and shower combination, and beautiful sink and vanity space including environmentally friendly amenities
What is the bathroom situation?

Outlook Shelters have their own private, en-suite windowed bathroom with full flush toilet, rain-style shower, and soaking tub opening onto private terrace with majestic views of the Statue of Liberty.

Every retreat bathroom is built for comfort and cleanliness while living the outdoor lifestyle. All bathrooms have luxury toiletries and plush Turkish towels.

How many people can the Outlook Shelter accommodate?

Each Outlook Shelter can accommodate two adults.

One trundle double bed can be added for one additional adult occupant or two children under 12 upon request for an additional $100/nightly.

Is there heat and air conditioning?

Yes, of course. Outlook Shelters are fully Temperature Controlled accommodations with heat and air conditioning

Is there electricity?

Yes, each Outlook Shelter will have full electricity and ample outlets for you to plug in all your gadgets.
