Our globally influenced menu highlights local purveyors and farms and is prepared on our outdoor Argentine Grill with Lady Liberty as the backdrop.
The resource of fire on our retreats is one that speaks simply to the core of what we embody as an outdoor experience. Fire is the catalyst to life. Its energy transforms farm fresh and foraged wild ingredients into something memorable and delicious. From our furthest memory as human beings, there is something about cooking this way that is tranquil and full of magic. Our “From the Fire” menu is a place for our chefs to paint a beautiful picture on your palette using brushstrokes of textures, smoke, charcoal, salt, acid and sugar.
Our special grill menu is served family style. Menus are rotating showcasing the freshest ingredients and are subject to change based on seasonality.
