Celebrating the season, our menu embraces the small farms, butcher shops and fishmongers that make New York City the culinary capital of the United States. Enjoy personal interactions with the chef and sommelier in a spectacular setting framed by the mesmerizing backdrop of the glittering lower Manhattan landscape.

Highlights include sourcing from New York farms, a chat with a chef or sommelier, and, of course, one of a kind views of the greatest skyline in the world.

Available Thursday/Friday/Saturday – one seating at 7pm.

A feast for the senses, this is the signature menu at Collective Governors Island. A culmination of the best of the seasonal bounty composed celebrating our island setting and outdoor kitchen. This six-course menu is constantly evolving, shaped by the best provisions sourced from the local farms, green markets, butcher shops and fishmongers that make New York City the culinary capital of the United States.

Your meal will be attended personally by the Executive Chef team and sommelier while you see the sun set over lower Manhattan.
