Chef Aura's Sweets

Born in Southern France, Chef Aura was in the kitchen cooking and baking with her Dad and Godmother. Her cuisine is a reflection of her childhood, a playful re-interpretation of unforgettable connections with family and culture. Aura moved to the United States four years ago and fell in love with New York City. After a few years in San Francisco, California, she joined Collective Retreats at Governor Island and finally has the opportunity to work with the city of her dreams as her backdrop.
