Born in Southern France, Chef Aura was in the kitchen cooking and baking with her dad and godmother. Her cuisine is a reflection of her childhood, a playful reinterpretation of unforgettable connections with family and culture. Four years ago, Aura moved to the United States and fell in love with New York City. After a few years in San Francisco, California – she joined Collective Retreats Governors Island. At Collective, Aura finally has the opportunity to work with the city of her dreams as her backdrop.
