We look forward to welcoming you to our outdoor getaways. Collective Retreats has engaged experts from the healthcare and infectious disease prevention industry to develop new practices and cleaning measures. We will continue to adjust and enhance our program as recommended by the guidelines and regulations of local and federal governments and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention. Here is what we are doing to make your stay safer.

ENHANCED CLEANING PROTOCOLS

Increased frequency of housekeeping cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitation efforts will take place in all areas of the retreat. High touch areas are on an accelerated cleaning cycle. Additional hand sanitizer and hand washing stations located throughout the retreat, including hand sanitizer in all guest rooms. Guest rooms will be disinfected with an 8 step cleaning process and sealed after cleaning to ensure that you are the first to step foot in your room.

SOCIAL DISTANCING & STAFF PREPAREDNESS

Engineered to be socially distanced by design, Collective Retreats provides an open-air layout with stand-alone rooms, removing the fear of recirculated air from HVAC systems or enclosed spaces like elevators and hallways. To reduce contact with staff, we will continue to offer our SMS text service for questions and requests in addition to a contactless check in/check out experience. Staff are required to undergo a daily health screening, practice proper hand hygiene, and wear personal protective equipment at all times. We ask that any guests who are not feeling well to please stay home out of respect for other guests and staff members.

IN COMMUNAL SPACES & WHILE YOU EAT

Guests are required to wear a mask or face covering when traveling to/from their accommodations and while in communal spaces at the retreat (mask or face covering may be removed while seated). As part of the dining experiences, tables will be spaced to meet social distancing requirements with additional outdoor seating areas on the adjoining patio. Complimentary activities including wellness activities, campfire gatherings, and more will be spaced to meet social distancing requirements.
